Today was a peaceful morning spent with Pearl and Mother Of Pearl as they snoozed under the overcast sky and seemed completely calm with their surroundings. Pearl is really starting to show some fantastic size and doesn’t look so small next to mum anymore! Very special interaction today as both mother and calf trusted us enough that they could go into a logging state and both were completely still on the waters surface… a brilliant example of logging behaviour and the Language of The Whales© for our guests aboard today.
A few Bottlenose Dolphins greeted us as we left the marina and were busy feeding, lately they have been incredibly smart hunters by herding the fish into the Augusta marina so dinner is trapped in a confined space making a much easier meal, such clever Dolphins
