Humpback Whales
The Humpback whale is truly a miracle in oceanic migration of any species on earth. The epic migration is over 13,000 kms without feeding relying on fat stores from Antarctica to the Kimberly and return.
Humpback Whales can be discovered on their northern migration from late May to mid August in Augusta and in Perth (Fremantle) from September through to early December on their southern migration.
Orca
Orca are the largest members of the oceanic dolphin family. Departing every summer from January to mid April we visit the feeding grounds of the Orca and introduce you to the family pods who call this incredible coastline home.
Over the last 8 years our family has spent more time in the Bremer Canyon than any other operator, aboard on every tour consisting of over 6000 hours of observation and research, guaranteeing you the knowledge and education you expect from a dedicated, elite team. Travel with the Experts!
Blue Whales
The arrival of the endangered Blue Whale is anticipated every year during late Autumn as we enjoy the opportunity of visiting the Perth Canyon to meet our worlds largest creature spending time in a favourite feeding ground.
Our Perth Canyon Blue Whale Safari is the only dedicated Blue Whale tour in Australia and one of very few places on the planet you can see Blue Whales in the wild. This is your opportunity to be a part of a new frontier of research and development with Whale Watch Western Australia.
